Dian’s Early Career Journey

Dian began his journey after completing his secondary education at Royal College, where he won the A/L Form Prize. In 1977, he started his career at KPMG Ford Rhodes as a management trainee, gaining valuable experience. At just 22, he became Financial Controller at Saracen Interiors, later rising to Finance Director at 26. His true path led him to the apparel industry, where in 1987 he was recruited by US Fortune 100 retailer May Corporation as their youngest global General Manager. Later, he joined MAS as General Manager of Shadowline.
